Return and Refund Policy

HOW DOES RETURN WORK?

We are confident that you will be happy with when you get your purchase handy. If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us within 30 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to [email protected] and claim for a return request.

In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions).

No restocking fee but return shipping charges must be paid by customer.

Notice: Please choose your size carefully before you order, we don’t accept to exchange the size, or exchange product unless otherwise we send the wrong size or wrong products. Because every product we ship is Printed on demand. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person.

(This is our store address where you can return goods to us; however we just accept return after you have raised the return request with us via email noticing and have done all of the steps required for return process. Thus, please read carefully our instructions below).

RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO RETURN ON 

We only accept the following return reasons:

  • Wrong size, color, or style order.
  • Products do not match description or order details (including quantity, color, size, or style).
  • Products arrive with misspelled content or low-quality print.
  • Product(s) is damaged due to printing issues (technical, design, or content errors that cause a deviation from the published standards at tulipmerch.com) or shipping issues (deformation, scratches, dirty, torn, etc.).

Goods return policy do not apply in the following cases:

  • We only accept returns within 30 days from the date you received our items, any item was overdue will not be issued for a refund or exchange.
  • We don’t accept to exchange the size or exchange product unless otherwise we send the wrong size or wrong product which you ordered. Because every product we ship is Printed on demand. Each product is unique and has special value to the person who ordered it, and cannot be sold to another person.

Return Instructions

After reading carefully all of our return restrictions, now you are sure your item(s) is able to return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to [email protected] noticing your return request and your merchandise conditions including images and the reason why you want to return.
  2. Then we will review your request with your proof which you sent. If mistakes caused by us we will accept your return request and go to next step.
  3. Well packed your item(s) then go to the nearest USPS to send it back to us and make sure to fill in the correct address to return your products. (Return shipping fee will be paid by customer)
  4. Please wait for our confirmation when we received your package, we’ll issue for a refund or exchange right after we receive and inspect your order.

REFUND PROCEDURE

The maximum refund time is 30 days since customers received the goods. We will refund 100% of the order value

Please refer to the accepted conditions below:

  • Wrong size, color, or style order.
  • Products do not match description or order details (including quantity, color, size, or style).
  • Products arrive with misspelled content or low-quality print.
  • Product(s) is damaged due to printing issues (technical, design, or content errors that cause a deviation from the published standards at tulipmerch.com) or shipping issues (deformation, scratches, dirty, torn, etc.).

The refund policy does not apply in any case of:

  • We only accept refund within 30 days from the date you received our items, any item was overdue will not be issued for a refund.

  • We don’t accept to refund for product(s) have been used, washed, or without designer tags

Refund Instructions

  • Send us an email to [email protected] noticing your return request and your merchandise conditions including images and the reason why you want to return.
  • Then we will review your request with your proof which you sent within 1-3 days. If mistakes caused by us we will accept refund request and go to next step.
  • Well packed your item(s) then go to the nearest USPS to send it back to us and make sure to fill in the correct address to return your products. (Return shipping fee will be paid by customer)
  • Please wait for our confirmation when we received your package, we’ll issue for a refund after we receive and inspect your order.
  • The refund duration depends on the bank or card issuer, usually taking 7-10 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
